Last weekend was another beautifully, sunny one. I was recovering from a cold, so I didn't get out too much. But we did fit in a walk down to the park for a little sitting-in-the-sun.

The fish were loving the sun too |

Drinking out of the fanciest water fountain (aka "bubbler") ever! |

Now this weekend was a different story! A low pressure system came through off the coast, and Sydney went through the wringer. There was also a king tide, so the waterfront areas really had a crazy weekend. We stayed inside, but here are a few of my favorite pics from online that show the opposite side of Sydney.
Time lapse of the storm and tide coming in at Collaroy Beach
Cape Fear surfing contest got some massive waves before it got too dangerous
Crazy big waves and brutal winds did crazy things with the water at the North Head
The storm is passed now, and we're drying out!
